Your Well-Being, On Your Terms
Therapy only works when there's a foundation of safety and mutual respect. In our sessions, there are no clinical scripts and no performance — just an honest space to explore where you are and where you want to go. Together, we'll bridge the gap between where you came from and where you're headed.

Healing Looks Different for Everyone
Whether you're navigating a life transition, untangling cultural expectations, or simply trying to feel more like yourself — this is a space built for your story, not someone else's.
Doing your research before reaching out means you're taking this seriously. Here are the things most people want to know before booking.
Do I need to have a diagnosis to start therapy?
Not at all. Many people come to therapy simply because something feels off — stress, a big life change, or a pattern they can't shake. You don't need a diagnosis to deserve support.
How long does therapy take?
It depends on your goals and pace. Some people find clarity in a few months, others prefer ongoing support. We'll check in regularly to make sure the work still feels relevant to where you are.
What's the difference between an LCSW and a psychologist?
An LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker trained in therapy, mental health diagnosis, and working with the whole person — including family, culture, and environment. A psychologist typically holds a doctoral degree and may also conduct psychological testing.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
All sessions are conducted virtually via secure telehealth. This means you can access therapy from anywhere in Virginia or Maryland — no commute, no waiting room.
Do you take insurance?
Yes — we're currently in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CareFirst, Carelon, Cigna, and Kaiser. If your plan isn't listed, we can provide a monthly superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
